Innovative companies as well as academic/governmental research institutes are invited to submit abstracts to this event detailing high-level technical contributions and presenting their latest research results that highlight advancements in coatings, printing inks, adhesives or construction chemicals.


European Coatings Show Award

The most outstanding technical paper will be honoured with the prestigious European Coatings Show Award, selected and sponsored by European Coatings Journal. The prize is endowed with 2,000 EUR and an attractive sculpture.


General Information for Speakers

All submissions will be treated in strict confidence and will only be made public with the annoucement of the final program. This will occur around November 15, 2016.

The European Coatings Show Conference will be held in English only. Abstracts and papers must be written and presented in English. Submissions are accepted in electronic format exclusively
   
The (oral) presentation time will be 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes for discussion
Speakers from the industry will be offered a full conference participation incl. all material for a special reduced rate of 400 EUR. There will be no charge to speakers from academia. Co-authors attending the conference must pay the full conference fees


Important Deadlines
Submission of title and abstracts:  September 12, 2016
Notification of acceptance to speakers:  October 10, 2016
Submission of full technical paper for the conference proceedings:  January 20, 2017
